Last minute booking took 6 and a half hours to reach destination, worth every mile travelled. Cottage was beautiful had everything you could ask for, arrived feeling very stressed left feeling very refreshed and chilled. Due to the weather (very wet) we spent a lot of our break at the cottage, was a haven of peace. .... the log burner, spa bath, kitchen a joy to cook in, wonderful bird life, very timid black cat that we tried to befriend with no luck.......Will definitely return for longer next time and explore more of the Pembrokeshire Coast and pray for better weather. Did not want to leave xxSamMar 2017
Such a perfectly put together holiday home. Everything you could possibly ever want has been thought about. Comfortable, cosy, lovely decoration and clever design with every mod con. Wonderful location; quiet, peaceful and scenic. The underfloor heating means the whole place is toasty - even when the wind and rain was roaring round outside. You can lie on the sofa and look up at the stars. Fresh eggs from the neighbours. We watched birds for hours on the bird-feeders. Please don't tell anyone!HIppogirlApr 2016
We have just spent a lovely relaxing weekend at The Dovecote. The wood burning fire and underfloor heating ensured the cottage was a warm and comfortable place to spend a long weekend. A chilled bottle in fridge on arrival and complimentary toiletries were a nice gesture. The outlook onto the gardens and surrounding countryside areas were outstanding. The icing on the cake was our time spent in the sun/garden room. A lovely start to the day, with a coffee, watching the wildlife. Becoming an oasis of calm of an evening, chilling in the spa bath by tea light, sipping a glass of wine, easing aching muscles. Bliss! Highly recommend, and would love to visit again.ChowellsApr 2018
