Why not relax in the double spa in the Dovecote or sit on the deck watching the local wildlife? Our unique character cottage provides the perfect retreat, with stunning coastal and moorland hikes, beautiful beaches and quaint Welsh villages on the doorstep.

Dovecote Cilgelynen

The Dovecote at Cilgelynen is an imaginatively converted detached stone barn packed with unique character features. It has been designed to be a comfortable home from home with an emphasis on luxury and romance. It has a spacious, well equipped kitchen and dining area, a cosy lounge and a stunning conservatory sun room. A hand crafted oak staircase leads you up to an en-suite mezzanine bedroom with four poster bed. It is set in a beautifully landscaped garden with spring fed ponds and stream, and commands splendid views over the surrounding countryside.

  • We had such a amazing time at Dovecote and the cottage was absolutely fantastic. There is lots to do in the surrounding area, but a car is of course a must. Dovecote is nicely situated and drivable to many interesting destinations like Tenby, Pembroke, Cardigan etc... Thanks very much to the owners for a perfect stay!

  • Such a perfectly put together holiday home. Everything you could possibly ever want has been thought about. Comfortable, cosy, lovely decoration and clever design with every mod con. Wonderful location; quiet, peaceful and scenic. The underfloor heating means the whole place is toasty - even when the wind and rain was roaring round outside. You can lie on the sofa and look up at the stars. Fresh eggs from the neighbours. We watched birds for hours on the bird-feeders. Please don't tell anyone!

  • We came to celebrate our second wedding anniversary, lived every minute. Quiet serene and picturesque. Such a beautiful time and we will be visiting again – hopefully with better weather J xxx
